Day 93 : Why I Keep Entertaining Myself

 


In last two days I become aware that I waste more than 4 hours weekly in entertainment by movie and 22 hours in facebook weekly and more than 8 hours weekly in youtube ! 


That mean more than 34 hours weekly in entertainment ! What are my excuse to waste and toss my time like that ?

1. I am working when I am in facebook

2. I am forming my skills and be informed in youtube 

3. I need to reste and have a free time

4. I need to disconnect from my reality to a virtual reality 

5. I ca not just work all the time and be serious all the time

6. I need to take break and feel that I am doing no thing 

7. I can not support myself to be productive and work without internet connection 

8. The big lie I need social media and youtube to work and be productive 

9. It is hard to not entertain myself by others thing 

10. I lack discipline to plan and work my plan 


Those are the question I have to ask myself ?!


1. Why I need to entertain myself?!

2. What is the real need inside my to waste time in entertainment ?

3. What is my memory about entertainment?

4. Why I can not see the consequence of time spending in entertainment ?!

5. What I get from entertainment?!

6. How I can stop wasting time in entertainment today ?

7. Why I think it is difficult for me to stop entertainment?

8. How I lose the will to stop wasting my time in entertainment?!

Day 25 : My Self Trust Weakness

  Today I was thinking about my business and how to discipline myself to develop the habit of calling/ prospecting/selling daily! and ask me why after all those 8 years in the business I did not yet develop these habits as my second nature. also, I am aware that I trust my business partner more than myself because I was anticipating that she can close more than me and she can have to receive payment more than me!
